Looks like the 2 cu ft bags are 3.33, so this deal is $1.33 per cu ft and the bigger bags are $1.67 per cu ft, so smaller bags better deal but you would have to buy and move more bags 🤷

Yes.
The price difference is a savings, but at what other costs? For a small job very little savings over the 2 Cu Ft, but no real other effort. For bigger jobs more of a savings but at the cost of buying, loading, unloading, opening more bags.
