If your a real runner, I would not use these. I would say these are more like walking shoes.

I had the white pair, comfortable but the inner sole is made of cork and will disintegrate.

These are ok for walking around in. Would not recommend for running. These actually feel wider than my other Adidas shoes (sz 10). Decent deal for $23, definitely not worth $70.
