Beware! Visible lost my phone number on port in. They also refused to pay out my sign up incentive gift card. Their support is done exclusively through Facebook messenger and a different person replies to each message. If you ever get escalated to level 2, they will email you one time from a no-reply email and you will have to start over every time with level 1 to reply.

The service is fine if it's working, but if something goes wrong you're gonna have a bad time getting it resolved. Only port in if you're okay risking losing your phone number, or are okay wasting 10+ hours getting it back if it happens.

Where I live, Verizon service is amazing. My parents have it no issue. (visible uses verizon towers)a

I recently signed up in February 2024 for their regular plan at $20. And wow, you can barely websurf or Reddit with the throttled and deprioritized speeds. Streaming videos is painful with lots of buffering. Constantly have 4G service and not 5GLTE with Tellos or GoogleFi

But I rarely venture out and I'm usually at home with Wifi so I don't notice. Call quality leaves lots to be desired, lots of static sometimes. Other person can't hear me. and I get $5 off my fios bill and unlimited talk, text, and data. But the service isn't great and the customer service is literally non existent. Outsourced to some other country.

Their support staff aren't capable of dealing with anything but the most common phones ... and they're highly questionable even at that.

I use Visible and in most cases it's indistinguishable from previous Verizon service, but all MVNOs have terrible customer support.

Also the Visible+ plan has no premium cap on 5G UW data connections where as that connection still does on US Mobile, correct?

That's correct, capped to 1mbit after premium data is used up.

In zip code 30032 no worries (hotspot capped @5mbps, fast enough for Netflix and YouTube on multi devices,) 92120 Internet and hotspot virtually useless.

If you caught their Xmas offer it was $25 for the + plan for life, had it but cancelled and left for Mint Mobile, Visible service in my area was complete trash cause VZ only has one tower covering a very popular Chicago suburb which makes no sense....

My wife and I have great service with the $30/month/line Visible basic plan in the Greater Cincinnati area, including travels to Indianapolis, Chicago, Louisville, Lexington, Youngstown, Pittsburgh, and Nashville. In the 15 months with Visible, we've never had a dropped call - no issues whatsoever. we'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Once I get out of my Boost Mobile 35gb annual plan ($150 on promo), going back to Visible. I watch a ton of YouTube on the go & the 35gb goes really fast. Need something that's unlimited w/o any heavy slow-downs.
