Seller is Amazon Warehouse so probably refurbished. However, there is no refurbished or renewed in the title. As a SDers, bought and will think later.

This is a good deal if it doesn't have the wifi cutting out issues some reviewers were having.

One of the reviewers had a horrible experience dealing with ASUS support for warranty coverage. It seems like you'll want to test these routers within Amazon's return window to avoid dealing with ASUS.

Don't worry, it's ASUS for home routers. Synonymous with Apple when it comes to the smartphone. Synonymous with Hermes/Louis Vutton when it comes to hand bags for women.

Wifi routers are best when buying used on Amazon Marketplace. Most home users have no clue what they're doing most of the time, especially when it comes to WiFi technology.

I have four of these. Was having issues with them crashing or freezing but then turned off the Smart Connect feature that automatically tries to select the right band for devices. Ever since I turned that off they have been perfect. Highly recommend, if you are OK with that feature being totally broken.

Try turning off the Smart Connect feature. Mine used to do that too until I turned it off. Now they are amazing.

Umm..a bit much. iPhone can be buggy as heck, and many Asus models as well. Wifi 7 s finally in market, and there no rush to buy this used.

Had a few bad experiences with Asus routers. However my current I've gtax6000 has been great for nearly 2 years. B
