Def having a problem where some of my chargers that are USB-C won't charge with chargers that have the USB-PD nonsense. Mophie powerstation being one of those devices too.

The Amazon Basics one? I trust the Belkin name more than some Amazon generic one plus this one looks more compact.
The Amazon one is now now $1 more than this one. I get "Oh no! It looks like this coupon is all used up" when checking out.

But I'll def try some other cables, wouldn't surprise me if Apple had something limiting me in it.
