It's a stunning world they created. Excellent graphics and smooth gameplay. I'm not much of an RPG fan so got bored often. Lots of conversations, side quests. Plenty to do and collect. Some puzzles. Top quality game.

As far as RPGs go, it's not a great example. I love RPGs and even I got bored.

This is one of my least favorite games I've ever attempted playing. I maybe don't finish 2% of the games I start and this makes that list. Gave it 15 hours and was difficult to power through even to that point.

Yup. Was fun at first, but got repetitive. Didn't finish it either. Even after trying to resume multiple times

Unfortunately only you can answer that question and It depends what pc you have. When I'm actively comparing my 4070ti with cranked up settings and xbox I can easily tell quality differences. But when I'm lost in the gameplay I tend not to notice as much.

The difference has become more apparent as latest gen gpus released and current gen consoles got older versus when I had a 3070 and games weren't as graphically intense.

I still use my X for single-player games in the livingroom because i prefer its implementation of knowing if the game has HDR and automatically switching TV modes. But since you are on a projector and they don't have that great of HDR anyways I'd personally have a PC hooked up in SDR.

Absolutely. Xbox is an amazing value proposition for the experience it delivers, but it just can't match the might of a high end PC.
Of course, there's a huge difference in price to consider.
Having played the game on a couple different setups, I can confidently say that a PC, with DLSS frame gen, ray tracing, and properly calibrated HDR on a good OLED really kicks up the immersion.
All the little details in Hogwarts are just so nice.

Just an fyi Copy came it was the PAL version. Xbox series x are not region locked so it worked.
