Does anyone know if this Craftsman 20V can be made compatible to Black & Decker 20V, either by use of an adapter or by using a Dremel to change the shape? I already have a bunch of the B + D tools and batteries and chargers...and I do not want to change all my old stuff out!

Can't help with a deal but all my stuff is Craftsman 20V and I can confirm the 2ah batteries are not really sufficient for the blower. The weed eater can use them if you're only using it for normal grass trimming.

Have this trimmer. Pretty good with a 4ah and very good with a 5ah (I use a DeWalt 20v 5ah w/adapter). 2ah is ok for really light stuff but bogs down with anything remotely thick.

Amazon and Lowe's (on sale) have the 4ah battery at $40 or so.

I have this. Blower is kinda weak and uses a lot of battery. I can't find anything bad to say about the trimmer. Overkill for my medium suburban yard, so it's more than met expectations.

I have this set. The weed wacker is not bad but the blower doesn't last long at all on a full charge. Blower sucks and underpowered

I use a V20 Mower with the bag every time so not really something I've needed to do. The blower is underwhelming but usable.
