Fresh step 40 lb is $17 without coupon at BJ wholesale... every other month of so there is a coupon for a few bucks off.
This is not a good deal. It's only on the first delivery. After that, it's a buck a pound. My local supermarket sells Scoop Away cat litter for $15 for a 25 pound box. Much cheaper!

I think they were referring to the price of "a buck a pound" AFTER the 1st shipment.
