i want to get a 4060 laptop for around 750~, then i can replace my 3060 laptop
if i had amex i'd probably go with that cashback offer
No, that's one of the main drawbacks to this. It comes with a huge 330w powerbrick, and total weight is close to 10 lbs with the brick. I recently bought another lighter and smaller Alienware brick from eVay.
Otherwise, from the value stand point, this laptop is fantastic given the price, cashback sites and potential Amex coupons too

Have you applied the 10% coupon?
I second this. Got the 2022 version and it has been great. Alienware inside.
Disclosure: I have the bigger brother G15 5535 with the Ryzen 7 7840HS/RTX 4060, and it's a really nice machine. Just be warned that it's big and heavy and the power brick is enormous.
But, the deal itself seems good to me. Repped.

though from what I'm seeing online it looks like the Dell IInspirons are the models with the hinges most likely to break? I'm guessing someone will step in and correct me if I'm wrong
And unrelated but.. thanks as always for posting and keeping us up to date on laptop deals as you often do OP it's appreciated
