We bought this set 2 years ago, and they're a pain to deal with. The back cushions get blown into the yard, and if it rains you can't sit on them for a couple days by the time they dry out. They're really meant to be put away after every use if they're not sheltered. You have to flip part of the sectional upside down on top of the other part in order to put the cover on. Maybe I'm just lazy, but I don't want to have to uncover and reassemble the whole set every time I want to sit down in our patio, then put it all away again an hour or two later.

We had them outside with the covers on them this past winter, and mice got into them so we had to throw away all the cushions. We haven't been able to find replacement cushions that fit.. The original seat cushions measured 23.5"x24". 24" are too big, and 22" are too small. Whatever cushions we can find locally cost $500 for all of them. Needless to say, our next patio furniture set won't have cushions.

I bought this and put it together last night. Took about 2 hours. Seems to be decent quality but I also found the seats to be pretty narrow. For $500 though it's really reasonably priced and as long as I can get a few seasons out of it I'll be happy.

Just received today, unpacking it and notice on one price the wicker had ripped. I called Walmart to see what options were. They suggested I try manufacturer to replace that one piece or they sent the freight carrier to pick back up the item. I took everything out already, so it would be hard to repack. They also were willing to give me 20% off, which I'm considering.

I appreciate you mentioning this remedy from walmart. I had a rip on my wicker, but my kids had already put it together before I found out. I contacted walmart and they initially only offered 5% off, or a return. I saw your post so I asked for 20% and I got it. Thank you!!

Anyone else have a shipment status of "closed - not delivered"? I ordered on 5/17 and the delivery date was supposed to be by 5/24. EFW says Walmart never sent it to them, Walmart says they did. I suspect this is going to result in a refund and no furniture.

Mine just got delivered. Put together one part, then realized they sent me 2 of part H1 and no part I1, so now I need to email Walmart for the part replacement. Nothing worse than Walmart!
