I'm not implying anything negative but the name of this business got me curious. The following is from their website:

Just a warning…This seller is notorious for falsely advertising the condition of their products. I've bought "brand new" Xbox controllers, toys and games from them in the past that have had, respectively, a snapped thumb stick, missing wheel on an RC car, and opened game case with different game inside.
