No matter how much TP-Link tries to make their routers look cool, their products suck. Plain and simple.

Will give this tidbit because I know people had issues with TP-Link. I had an AX11000 and the update for Easy mesh hadn't come out and I needed to rewire my house. Got one of these from Walmart on Clearance for less than $200 and have S24 phones with wifi7 on them. Hooked this up and saw a huge difference in coverage, when I was already getting pretty good coverage, and also on non wifi 7 devices too.

Also all the ports are 2.4GHz, I have the modem, got a second one of these for the other side of the house so i could move the router to basement because the ac duct was killing me no matter the router, and a 2.4GB switch in another slot and only my 4th slot on the main router is showing 1000MBs speed because it is going to a normal switch.

Not for everyone, and if you don't need a change or can't find a good price, you are probably best waiting for more wifi 7 stuff.

One of the better performing budget Wifi7 routers for light NAS usage. Not many competitors in this price range with better all-around feature set.

https://dongknows.com/tp-link-arc...er-review/

With USB attached SSD Dong was seeing 170MB/s write & 213MB/s write (wired).

Hard to beat for the price. Not the best at anything but very good for everything; tri-band, multiple 2.5gbe ports, solid NAS performance, mesh options, 320mhz channel width, and pretty good range.
