They're a company which does $11 billion in sales per year, so I'd hardly consider them a fly-by-night retailer. My order has billed and is processing, I can follow up when it ships (or is cancelled).

EDIT: My order already shipped and is estimated to arrive tomorrow.

In for one, great price, closest to the lowest its been on Black Friday 2021 according to SD. Been waiting to upgrade from the amazing 5200 (still a workhorse after 12+ years). Thanks for this.

I have this model, from QVC a few years ago. Still going. It can be pretty loud still.

How does this compare to the Costco Venturist Pro version?

Rtings has them as comparable, however if you search user reviews on google ("vitamix venturist v1200 vs 750 professional") you'll see the professional 750 as being significantly better reviewed by users.

The Venturist Pro has the new NFC chip enabled containers which can be seen as a pro/con depending on your priorities.

Costco's return policy is great if you have issues.

I like the counter on the Venturi's, but I think I'd find more use with the presets on the 750. As for the 7 yr vs 10 yr warranty, not super concerned about burning anything out…. That's sort of the reason for spending this much on the hardware.

Thanks for the help.

Would have jumped on this had I not just got a refurb 5200 two weeks ago. Still love it anyway though.

My order was cancelled and their "back office" closed my account. What a crappy experience, even placing the order through their website was one of the worst checkouts in a long time.

Yeah, I have another vitamix and it arrived in the same type of brown vitamix box that my A3500 did which I ordered direct from Vitamix.

Got one thanks. I'm tired of my benders only lasting 2-3 yrs. I have previously bought various ninja blenders and really like them but they're bound to fail. The amount I previously paid easily adds up to this price.
