beware folks, 2 times in the last 10 days I had to live chat with customer service, couldn't receive or send text messages saying basically I was spamming or that I had insufficient funds. When I asked live chat person why this continues to happen, they had no answer for me literally. You get what you pay for!!! I just activated a year card 2 weeks ago and this nonsense continuing to happen
$47.50 10GB 6 Month Infimobile Plan on Amazon ($7.92/month) (savings of 5%) https://a.co/d/23q27em

$66.50 20GB 6 Month Plan ($11.08/month) https://a.co/d/3gKWxb7

*SIM card must be activated within 60 days of purchase. Infimobile operates on the Verizon cellular network and does not have priority data. Hotspot is an extra $5/month.
Almost 3 months with this service and speeds have been good.

I think they upped the data from 30GB to 35GB. They have a really great forum on Reddit, so you can check it out

Forgot to mention that I have a monthly 1.5GB through MobileX, as an auxiliary eSIM that I use at some places where at&t has a bad signal, something like $6.5 a month. Also, I got the Infoomobile sim, $20 for 6 months. Not sure if I want to activate it as a physical sim to put in my travel laptop or an eSIM for my phone. Decisions, decisions
Thanks, I'd never heard of MobileX. Nice backup option! I like being able to choose what I want for a minimal plan. Their other plans aren't bad either.

They do have priority data, but they utilize some routing, so test MobileX first, somewhere where it is congested. Good luck!

Priority isn't about speed. It's about having access to the network during peak usage periods and in areas of congestion.
Okay but even being on vzw/tmo directly still means 0 data at high traffic events.
This prioritization negativity is completely snake oil

Not sure about data being unlimited. I used up all my 15gb data plan and now my phone says no internet connection. No slow data or any data.
Same with the wife's iphone 15-eSIM! Speedtest was doing 400meg, but now with retrying and restarting the phone=no data anywhere. Mine is at 80% and completely unaffected

Data should be 256kbs for the remaining of the cycle.
You able to personally confirm this statement? I also can confirm it goes completely dead at 100% via the wife's iPhone 15 eSIM

Mine will reset tonight. Will try to max it out again next month near the last day to verify if it is the same (no data after reaching high speed limit).

Why it's still $126 for me.
You can still buy the regular plan, but you can also choose the memorial discount. Honestly, better to get the 6 month plan on Amazon, and less risk.

Had the worst experiencing porting over to infimobile.

Took weeks and even then they couldn't figure it out. Their customer service told me my number couldn't be ported even though their system said it could and my previous provider said it was ready.

I called their help number at around 8am EST on a weekday. It took around 20 rings for someone to answer. When they finally did, it was lady with a super thick Indian accent who was no help at all. She kept putting me on long holds which makes me think she'd transfer the information and someone else would do the work.

After week of emails, live chat, and phone calls, they eventually recommended getting a new number. I almost cancelled the service on the spot as it shows how incompetent they are. I decided to stick it out and haven't had trouble yet. If I do, I'm not confident at all that someone there could resolve it.

Example: I'm going to a large music festival next month. There will be maybe 100,000 people packed into an area where the towers normally only have to serve a tiny fraction of that number. They've upgraded service there over the years but some carriers barely work some of the time, for data especially. Last year, Verizon Prepaid data was spotty for me, and it was normally great pretty much everywhere. You probably wouldn't want to be on a Verizon MVNO there. Without network priority when things get congested or over-crowded, you may not have a good time.

I've been happy with Mint recently but considering a backup for the trip, or possibly switching my main number if I find the right 6 month or 1 year deal. Infimobile is very tempting.
Why do you need data at a music festival? Enjoy the music. Talk and text should work fine. Preload Google maps for the area.

Got 10GB a month for a year for $120. Zero complaints so far. Porting the number from Verizon was a pain but would have been just as much of a headache with any other provider.

after the promotional year for $99, is the rate back to $252?
If you want to keep that number yes. You would have to port out and then back in for a new promo.

Bought 12 months plan last month for $125. Porting was no issue and has been working fine so far. This is central New Jersey if it helps. As far as priority is concerned, I had issues with Mint and Total also and so pinpointing just one particular company may not be appropriate.

Is it 10gb total for a year or 10gb per month? The site shows 10gb per month.
