Forgot to mention that I have a monthly 1.5GB through MobileX, as an auxiliary eSIM that I use at some places where at&t has a bad signal, something like $6.5 a month. Also, I got the Infoomobile sim, $20 for 6 months. Not sure if I want to activate it as a physical sim to put in my travel laptop or an eSIM for my phone. Decisions, decisions
This prioritization negativity is completely snake oil

Took weeks and even then they couldn't figure it out. Their customer service told me my number couldn't be ported even though their system said it could and my previous provider said it was ready.
I called their help number at around 8am EST on a weekday. It took around 20 rings for someone to answer. When they finally did, it was lady with a super thick Indian accent who was no help at all. She kept putting me on long holds which makes me think she'd transfer the information and someone else would do the work.
After week of emails, live chat, and phone calls, they eventually recommended getting a new number. I almost cancelled the service on the spot as it shows how incompetent they are. I decided to stick it out and haven't had trouble yet. If I do, I'm not confident at all that someone there could resolve it.
I've been happy with Mint recently but considering a backup for the trip, or possibly switching my main number if I find the right 6 month or 1 year deal. Infimobile is very tempting.
