Can't make it happen with my unlimited plan from carrying over from Sprint. It says

We're having a problem adding a new line based on your current plan.

Promotion seems to have ended. Showing original prices for me.
I went into a store recently, and the rep said to NEVER upgrade or change plans or else I would lose my legacy $30/line/month plan. He was surprised I was still on that plan.

No love, but I'm happy on this plan for 2 lines.

Thats not true. You can add and remove lines. Plan is same. Dont change plan to new plans. Stick with old plan only.

I've had simple choice for something like 10 years now. Used to be that I get 5 lines for $100 and each addtl line was $10 a month (up to 10 lines total). I was using 6 lines and slowly it evolved into $120 for 6 lines and $25 per addtl line (sneaky).

So, when I tried this, UPGRADE option DID NOT work. Both New Line OR Porting in a number gave the discount. So Porting in a number was optional, as long as I add a new line for $25/month. It works.

I don't need a new line right now so didn't care for it but might help others.

All T-Mobile iPhone deals have been trash lately. 3 years ago, you could trade in an iPhone 8, which had a market value of about 250, and get 830 toward a new phone. That was also for the latest phone, not one gen back, and didn't require a new line.

The deals have been nowhere near that for awhile.

$25 is $10 per line $15 for 6GB data which is an add-on. I think we can remove the addon to stay on 4GB.

congrats on those who qualify. killer deal if you're on simple choice

unfortunately I am maxed out with 10 lines
How much do you pay for 10 lines on this plan. I'm looking for newer plan with 4 lines, but can't beat my old ONE plan.

Hmm is that something that needs to be adjusted by rep? I did not see this option

The lines you have to buy are expensive. I am on Magenta with T Mobile and only pay 35 per line.
