Whereas, store Q. (1.25 in this case) are simply considered "discounts" but with an effort (that is, clip it to get it). Store Qs may also be product specific, so clip for both products if thats the case. Store Qs usually is attached/clipped one time, but it can apply multiple times in a transaction for multiple quantity of that product (sometimes they limit it 4 discounts per transaction/order)
Also, they simply limit the manuf. Q. just one time use on that single product. So, it looks like you can only get 1 TP or just 1 towels with a single given Q before the q. disappears.
