Engine and transmission is a Nissan if anyone js wondering. Id stay away from nissan.

Please stay away from the Mirai. The hydrogen/H2 fuel costs $36/kg. The $15K fuel card they will give is good for 25K miles. It'll cost ~$180 to fill up, which is good for ~300 miles. I'm part of a telegram group of Mirai owners. Many there cannot get near to 400 miles advertised range, no matter how hard they try. People in SolCal have to deal with unreliable H2 stations. People in SF just had their only 3 local stations closed permanently.

Just because a lot of people are Tesla fan boys doesn't change the fact that they're bad quality cars - most people are also financially and scientifically retarded, that's not a criteria for judging anything.
Again, not one person I know does not like their Tesla. I like my Prius and I would not get a Tesla myself over it at the moment, I'm waiting for the tech to get much better on electric cars. But of all the cars researched Tesla was the winner at the time of my wife's purchase for our needs. To each their own… Just going to end my responses with pointing out you spend a lot of time bagging on Tesla. Reddit seems like a better place for that than slickdeals website but feel free to post away where you'd like.

Can someone help a simple brained boomer like myself into understanding the 0% aspect? Do I need to plan to pay the car off in that 4 years? Do I owe all that interest from the past 4 years and the end of that promotional rate if I finance for say 72 months? Sorry for the stupid questions, second child is fast incoming and having a larger vehicle than our Prius would be helpful and the PHEV version of this car doesn't seem terrible.

Not going to lie - I honestly thought Mitsubishi left the U.S. market like Suzuki. Glad to see they're still alive, albeit with an SUV/compact SUV/compact econocar only lineup.

Shame, because I will always look back fondly on 1990s Mitsubishi - the Eclipse, 3000GT, EVO series. But, I get it. Niche market these days. SUVs pay the bills.

The finance department will have several terms available but the only one with 0% will be the four year term. So yes, you'll need to have it paid off in four years. If you opt for 72 mos it'll have its own apr attached that you'll begin paying immediately.
