Dr. Pepper is showing up at 4/$19.99, not 3/$10.99. Coke as well (also 4/$19.99).
Pepsi showing up at 3/$13.99 ($4.66/12 pack). There's a $3.00 off coupon for Pepsi, but it requires a 5-pack purchase.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and still get your order does not meet the requirement. I also tried on the pc same message.

I called and they said since it is a "Deal of the Day" item the promo codes will not work.

Dr. Pepper shows up at 3/$13.99 while the others are 3/$11.99.

This is probably due to the fact that, in my region due to legacy contracts, Dr. Pepper is bottled by our local Coke bottler while the others (even though they're products of the same company) are bottled elsewhere.

While logged into my Walgreen account:

Items:$30.21
Shopping bag fee included $0.24
Pickup:Free
Estimated Tax:$3.10
Manufacturer coupons:-$1.00

I added Dr. Pepper Zero, A&W Zero, Gingerale Zero, plus clipped coupon.

At checkout... total is not good.


Update: Oh, I get it... you can't mix and match certain flavors... at checkout, look for "add 1 more" or "add 2 more" for offer.

Also.... $0.24 bag fee??!?!?! I'm picking it up, and I'm 99% sure they won't be in a bag.
