I just got one two weeks ago. It was easy to set up and install, and it is way better than Blink for connecting and playing back.
I was considering getting the 2K version, but honestly, the video quality is great .

Thank you! I had a different brand of "peephole" camera several years ago, but the detection on it wasn't great or it would record several seconds AFTER it detected something. So definitely looking for a new one.

I got this in January for about $70.
Main selling point for me was that I have another 2 outdoor eufy video cameras, and it's easy to use the same software.
So far, I charged the battery about 3 times, I'm getting on avg ~20 alerts per day. It is very precise detecting humans, I have a 9lb outdoor cat, but it was never 'detected'. Video quality is ok. I was able to play while on a trip in Europe. Only once happened after a detection that video play did not play due to "device is not connected to the network", but I got home in 30 mins and suddenly everything was back to normal, no idea what the glitch was...
I'd say for the price is a good deal!

Ok, definitely helpful. I am debating between this new one or the refurbished version they sell on ebay for $45.99. Let me see.

I got mine from Amazon for a little more. It was also refurbed, and it came as new from Eufy directly. BTW, the 45.99 is a different model; Eufy churns models like crazy...

I bought a bunch of blink cameras and have had so many problems with the wireless ones dropping connection. Blink seems to work great while we have the 30 day free subscription??? The wired seem to work ok. IDK if this is common w/blink or its my wifi but I've heard good things about eufy and I just want notifications and local storage, no subscription. I also have a set of indoor Arlo wireless that have been great, so just really need the doorbell, since we travel a lot. I didnt want to buy yet another set but eufy seems to be the best option w/o subscription. Any others I should look at? Maybe be some good deals on upcoming prime days?

Unfortunately I made the same presumption and subscribed for 1 year but all wireless cameras are still not working properly. I switched to Eufy because of that.
