How does this TV compare to an Oled TV? Is it very inferior?

Pictures quality is quite closely matched between qled and OLED. You can read from rting to get the details.

To sum it up, OLED still has slightly better quality (and better black) but is dimmer so it is more suitable for darker room. Qled is better for brighter room and does not have burn-in effects like OLED. Qled is cheaper too.

Check out the comparison at RTINGS. https://www.rtings.com/tv/tools/c...shold=0.10

The QN90C gets very bright so if you need it for a sun soaked run then it might be the way to go. I had the QN95C 85" last year which was Samsung's flagship 4K Mini LED. It was extremely bright, but it suffered in gaming and dark scenes. I swapped it out for the S90C 83", and I couldn't be happier.

EDU is showing as $899 for us. That $700 Perks at Work price is amazing.

I was able to get 10% discount and 2 year extended warranty (care+). Definitely try different rep if one denies to apply two discounts together.
