Kroger Soft & Strong when on sale for $3.99 (pretty frequently) kills this deal at $0.0124/sq foot. With Costco's declining quality and higher price ($0.0140/sq foot), this is now my go-to. Nicely thick, as well. Kroger is $2.32 cheaper at Costco quantity.

Buy 30 rolls for $21.43 for comparison I paid $18.16 a year ago (March 2023) for 30 rolls.This is pretty good toilet paper.

Of course not. But Kroger has crap loads of market brands in most U.S. regions. Ralph's and Food4,Less in CA, Fry's in AZ, etc.
