I thought Newegg was selling cruises I was like wtf. It is only a gift card, still weird but not as weird.

Two different accounts at the same address could not buy more than 3, second order was canceled.

Maybe change your shipping address to another family member who won't be needing this discount if you want to buy more than 3.
