The Rag Company sells microfiber cloths and automotive detailing chemicals on their website. They're having a near-sitewide sale for memorial day.

Neat. I love their stuff. I use their 350s for interior cleaning and their 500 ones for the occasional ONR wipe down.
Those Costco micro fibers are not as soft as the rags you can get from here. I recently just bought a set after my Costco microfiber caused scratches on my new black paint. What a world of difference in how soft these rags are. The Costco rags are fine for general cleaning but if you are concerned with keeping your paint the best possible, you'll want a high quality rag.

Any recc's for a ceramic-like coating? Looking at the Diamond Body 36 but I'm not sure what "caramel gloss shine" means. Is it going to have a brown tint?

I've used/installed many different ceramic coatings, easiest to use would be Adams sprayable. But for longevity the small glass bottles are better

Can't you get like a 40 pack of micro fiber towels like this at Costco for about the same prices?

I went with the standard Diamond Body which should be good for 18 months. I noticed it came in a 50ml bottle over the 30ml in the 36 month.

Does anyone have a good suggestion for an exterior drying towel? I purchased The Gauntlet a few years ago and I hated it. It left streaks all over car no matter what I did. I ended up going back to using my old Meguiar's Water Magnet waffle drying towel which works so much better. I'm still hoping to find something better than the Meguiar's towel.
I would also like to add that I hate overly large drying towels that are ridiculously large. I can never see why that's better, then I have to fold it several times to do the sides of the car so it doesn't drag on the ground. "The Big One" towel for instance looks dreadful to use.

Use a leaf blower if your car is coated. More efficient and safe.

Completely different towels and purposes. The Costco ones are pretty much all purpose disposable rags.

If you're looking for a drying towel with a similar weave to your old one, The Rag Company's Platinum Pluffle might be one to consider. However, I personally haven't tried them.

I can't recommend the liquid8r enough. It can dry 2 cars per wash and is as simple to use as throw in on the car and just slide it off to dry. It makes drying a car so fast and easy.

I do wash it every other time I use it otherwise it losses absorption

I'm actually in the market for a drying towel and The Gauntlet is at the top of my list. Everything I've read and heard about are extremely positive so I'm rather perplexed by your comment. Can anyone else here comment on their experience with The Gauntlet drying towel?

I love my gauntlet drying towel. I've had it for 4 years and still absorbs like new. I wash it after every wash with rags to riches microfiber detergent.

It will not work. I also tried their new military discount and it would not stack.
