I've never heard of the retailer, and highly doubt it's a authorized reseller, which could void your warranty.
I have had a few Hamilton watches in my collection over the years. They make very nice and reliable watches. In my opinion they produce fantastic entry-level luxury watches for people looking to start a collection. With watches ranging from a few hundred dollars up to around $11,000 (USD), they have a watch that can fit most budgets. They are not as beautiful (or expensive) as a Patek, or as flashy as a Rolex, but I enjoy their timeless elegance. I have enjoyed one of my Hamilton watches for around 20 years without any complaints and I think it still looks great and keeps time within a few seconds each day (both of my current Hamilton watches are Automatic movements). I enjoy that I can wear them with a suit to work, or with a swimsuit to the beach, and they look good in both situations.
Personally I would not buy a watch online. I always want to try the watch on first and inspect it to make sure it is not fake prior to spending hundreds and/or thousands of dollars on a watch.
