This is a great deal. Wouldn't be my preferred color but this is closer to sale prices for the 2.5qt, let alone 7.5qt.

Yes. Use silicone or wooden utensils to stir-fry. Metal will probably leave scratch marks.

The Traditional line with the smaller loops is what's sold in the outlet stores. They are just as popular. It's a matter of personal preference if you like using bigger loops. You can still grip well using 3 fingers.
