In this particular case, Grabber is only the brand name.

The brushed version was $44 a couple of days ago with the battery hack. Is the brushless version worth $20 more?

I just grabbed the Dewalt 20V Oscillating tool deal with 1.5Ah battery for $99. I don't have any Ryobi tools, thus no batteries. But is this a better tool than the Dewalt?

No, keep the dewalt as it is a better tool.

I own the brushed version and it is not good qualify. I can't speak about the brushless version but in general ryobi brushless are way better quality than ryobi brushed

That said you might want ryobi HP batteries for brushless tools if said tool has the additional contacts. I'm not sure if this tool does tho and there is debate about how much better HP batteries are

I have this brushless oscillating tool and IIRC (it's not with me right now), it doesn't have the extra contacts for higher amperage output for the HP batteries

general rule of thumb for the HP tools that can use the extra amperage of HP batteries are ones that require more torque. Circular saw, hammer drill, SDS drill, etc

Price-per-tool is much better with the Combo Kit deal, but 3x the price overall. Still, much more tool/$.
