A have a e1500lfp and like it better than my Bluetti or my Ecoflow. Pecron is kicking out some quality stuff these days. Can't wait to see the 3600.

You're clearly a bot for the company.

Picked up this same unit almost exactly a year ago and it's been solid. Has a surprisingly high watt output and solar input capability for something this size. No smart features like bluetooth, an app, etc. but I don't know that it needs it.

The PD 100W USB-C port checks out using my FNB58 USB tester, and I have been able to pull 100W from it while recharging a large power bank. You can't recharge the power station itself using this port however, which kind of sucks, but not really a deal breaker in my book.

AC charging is done with an external power brick, which isn't ideal but also likely keeps the unit itself smaller in size. This input also doubles as the high-wattage solar input, and uses some sort of weird 5-pin aviation style plug, which isn't standard from what I can tell. It comes with a few adapters for this port which is nice, but finding additional cables is probably going to be a PITA vs something like a XT60 or Anderson connector.

I'm not entirely convinced it has a MPPT charge controller, simply because I get 10-15W more charging power into my Ecoflow River 2 off the same solar panel, in identical conditions. Using an in-line watt/voltage/amp meter, I get close to what the Ecoflow display shows, so either the Ecoflow charger is more efficient, or it's inflating it's numbers to show input wattage and not charging wattage. There's some inherent loss during charging, so maybe the Pecron is showing the wattage that's actually going into the batteries.

I've noticed that if you leave it charged at 100% and don't use it for a while, the display will still read 100%, but the charge will have actually bled down a bit. You won't notice it until you start using the device and hit around 10-15%, at which point it'll drop like a rock to 0% in a few minutes. This can be fixed by using it more often and topping it off, so I try and at least drain it down some every couple weeks to avoid this.

It's pretty hard to beat in the sub-$300 category, so if you're good with the charging arrangement and the lack of "smart" features such as bluetooth, wifi, phone apps, etc., it's seems to be a good device.

Right. I have been on here for like13 years waiting for them to develop a power station so I could shill for them.

I actually have all 3 manufacturers and like them best.

Would you like to see my Ecoflow and Bluetti stations? I have 3 EF and 1 Bluetti.

But......if I thought I'd get some free products, I would shill for them. Just in case someone that could arrange that sees this post.

Any news on the flying car yet 🤣

Seriously, I already have this unit and I approve this deal. Only downside is that it has an external ac charger vs being built in but they do give you a premium case to hold the charger and other miscellaneous cables.

I can't tell or they won't let me be a bot anymore. Big Grin

It's funny that he called me a bot for Pecron, because I actually bought the Ecoflow River 2 pro in this category. I like the Pecron above 1k watts. That is when the $$$ per Wh really favor Pecron, and they have a lot of great features on the new 1500lfp. Older Pecron models were just too bare bones for me.

I've got this exact unit and it's great. I primarily use it to power a fridge in my trunk. Also for running an electric kettle on road trips that my bluetti eb3a couldn't handle.
I highly recommend this device.

Just ordered a second one after having my first unit for a year. The prices for battery banks keep dropping (great!).

Known issue with the DC output ports. You can't use both a USB-C port and the USB-A port directly next to it. It'll throttle down or turn off the USB-C port to match the USB-A port next to it. Slightly annoying but you can work around it if you know about the problem.

The also seemed to have upgraded their panels since last year. The new versions are IP68 where last year's panel are "splash rated".
