I'm assuming these are the high-bridge fit glasses and standard size. Sadly my huge noggin' can't wear these glasses. I copied the dimensions from Meta for both standard and large below in case it's helpful to anyone.

So a $500 headset and $300 smart glasses for $600?

Not a terrible deal but it seems like there's a very small subsection of the population that is interested in both of these products together.

It's slightly heavier than a actual pair of wayfarers.
I've used it to make calls, listen to music, but most importantly, take videos of my baby while I play with her. The video quality is pretty insane for how small the camera is

I have these Meta Ray Bans Wayfarer and my only complaint about these magnificent technological wonders is that the battery doesn't last days, rather, hours (for me). I cannot leave home without them anymore.

A side effect of using these in public is people look at you like you're a psycho talking to yourself Big Grin

Highly recommend.

meta quest is so much fun but feels like a beta and so many bugs. it often glitches you need to keep resetting it. it needs 3 more years before it is ready. best way to describe the experience as unpolished.

the only reason i will stick with meta is the ability to sideload apps Wink

I've had the meta glasses for around 3-4 months. They work great for noise cancellation for calls and listening to podcasts, etc. but the battery life really sucks. And only way to charge them is with this proprietary charging case.

Bought my wife Meta Wayfarer glasses. POV videos/pictures. Music streaming. Calls without having to pull her phone out and hold the phone in her hand. The ability to do Alexa-like "Hey, Meta - (insert question).

Tempted. Get a pair for me. And upgrade from my Quest 2. But I don't get to use the Quest 2 as much as I'd like (dad life). Good deal FWIW.

I would get it if they offer free prescription lens... Too lazy to sell the glasses but good deal if you can sell.

Probably would be concern about the storage size of the Quest 3; games are getting pretty big so you might have to delete more often

I've had a quest 3 for close to 5 months now, and my experience is the complete opposite. It's been great and so much fun!
