The Game Gear games are in Sonic Origins Plus, which is the expansion for Sonic Origins. Looks like the base game, and the expansion DLC are each on sale, but the bundle is not.

That's OK, you can just buy the base game for $17.99 and the DLC for $5.99. Note: they have been on sale before but these are the lowest prices they have ever been since release, per dekudeals.com

Also Origins Plus physical cartridge is $25 now at retail (GameStop, Amazon, Best buy, Target). Lowest ever for plus was $19.99 during Christmas season.
