BR Factory is an outlet for past season items.
Are they worth sticker price? I'd say no but last time BRF had a clearance a few months ago I got some quality stuff for affordable price. Grabbed a nice winter coat too that was nicely marked down.
People like that saying BRF is trash must be a competitor, or overseas vendors who can't compete with BRF quality or its marked down prices.
