most of the reputable brands say something along the lines of "UL Listed"

This brand doesn't talk of any testing at all that's readily apparent. Maybe hidden in the fine print somewhere?

I actually tested xsense on a Weber grill (off) with some lit news paper on the side. Worked great, Apps notify as well.

I have the WiFi smoke detector and I like them. I have had them for about 8 months now and they work great.

How do you know they work great until…? Or maybe you should start practicing your fire juggling parade…

CO Detectors should indicate compliance with UL 2034 Standard for
Single and Multiple Station Carbon Monoxide Alarms. Owner's manual does state "Conforms with UL 2034". Does anybody have this X-Sense unit that shows UL 2034 on actual product?

This one doesn't appear to connect to WiFi. I was about to buy to go along with my x sense smoke detectors, but that's a no go

Only a dumb person would trust this cheapo device to trust their life upon. So many reviews show that it did not alarm when placed in a high CO situation. You might as well stick a photo of it on the wall and pretend it's going to save you 🤡

And likely the people that would have written the really bad reviews are dead

My advice: It's a life saving device, buy a name brand. Keep an extra that isn't wired into the rest of the home (ie battery powered) out just in case. Total setup will be sub thirty bucks, the devices last ten years.

X-sense seems to get promoted on forums a lot.
This is pushed by staff. Pumped to the Frontpage with relatively low votes/engagement.

Agree with others- when it comes to life saving safety equipment it's not the time to get adventurous on a shilled/"slick" new brand.
