The table says it is 16.5 inches tall and the top of the generous 4.25" cushion is still not aligned or over that height....it is a foot off the ground max where your butt is.
I measured the ones on my deck where it has a normal chair and I am at 22inch.
next I look at where my arms are going to land while sitting......it has a wall feel with the high sides that are approx 16inches tall, so your whole body will be inside for the even above average person.(sit in any chair and raise your elbow a foot or more to emulate ).

Highly doubt it $549 was ever a good retail price, but it does seem to be somewhat higher quality than other patio sets sold at this similar $100-$150 price range

Looks awfully low to the ground. Seat height 12"? Not sure if I'm reading it right.
That 12" is with the 4" cushion.....you can tell on the pic the table is 16.5in high and nowhere near equal
