$5 less than recent front page deal looks like. Can't see it getting much cheaper?

Just noticed it in my wishlist. Little over a dime an episode, or less if paying with 20% off gift cards.

For those interested in physical media, currently $38 but has been below $25 in the past.

They need to start putting AI to work upscaling these old SD shows so they don't look like mush.

The Three Stooges were NOT made for TV. Every short here was theatrically released, as were their full-length films. They made the occasional guest appearance on television, but beyond that, these were all "short subjects" which played before unrelated features at your local movie palace.

If you have a cable replacement streaming service such as Sling, search it for The 3 Stooges Channel.

Such memories, my dad, my little brother and me laughing hysterically, my mom coming into the living room wondering what was going on.... All of 60 years ago.

AI isn't needed to make these look better. They're theatrical shorts, as in there should be original film reels somewhere that could be scanned in HD or even 4k. There's a good chance they already were scanned in HD but only released in SD since this collection is from the DVD era.

These have been on my wishlist since I missed them once at $35. But by this last time they hit $25 I had the above realization and have decided I'll wait till they're HD. Sometimes SD looks fine if it's not too low bitrate and I'm fine with it for old tv shows but these deserve an HD release by now.

This is a lot of content for $20 though.
