This is $20 cheaper than the current Frontpage deal at eBay.

Available at Home Depot stores AND online. This is a hackable deal. This deal rings up correct in-store with discounts applied to both items on your receipt!

Step 1) Go to product page
Step 2) Select one of the available $149 tools: M18 radius light OR M18 rover light
Step 3) Add both to cart
Step 4) Checkout
Step 5) Up to you on keeping the light. To complete the hack, I prefer to return items to an actual store. Dealing with customer service over text or online to cancel the battery is a PITA and not worth it for me.
Step 6) Use the savings to buy more tools!

Inverter goes from $99.00 to $59.48

As always, "it depends" - on how much power the connected devices use. Most TVs should be able to run off this thing, but not for an extended period of time. Most TVs will be in the neighbohood of 50-150W, and with a 6AH battery (~108 watt-hours), you're looking at maybe 1h of runtime after DC -> AC conversion loss.

A bigger battery/inverter setup like all the Ecoflow/Anker units you see here would be much more suitable for running a TV or projector for hours at a time. These M18 top off units are better for running stuff like LED lighting, fan, radio, or charging phones/devices.

I've been using the off-brand one I got off eBay for $30 for a couple years now and its been great. It does get a little warm though. Really nice during a power outtage

edit: Sorry I feel like I kinda missed the mark but my thinking was that if you're scared to burn your house down don't get the off-brand chinese one like me and go for the real deal like this. These inverters that run off of power tool batteries are very nice to have around especially if you have large/multiple batteries.

Just unplug the battery when not in use

Could just be a bad battery. I have 5.0 battery, if I leave it sitting for a week or 2 it will be dead.

That's the best price ever on this. I actually tested it out with an 8.0 and was able to run my work laptop and monitor for 8 hour shift.

I've had this thing about 2-3 years . I mostly use it to charge my phone. I don't have that issue. There's weeks where I use it more frequently than others , I've left a battery on it for days or even a week at a time and the battery still had juice left. Even if you leave it on it shuts it self off in a couple hours. I have had the issue with my m18 power source I use on my jacket of draining the battery while not in use but not with my top off.

Meh. All these batteries are Chinese but I see what you're saying.

I believe that these are made in Vietnam.

But even if it was from China, there is a huge difference in performance, reliability, and safety between a respected name brand who has careful oversight and quality control of the manufacturing process and cheap off-brand Chinese knockoffs.

Not if your sump pump draws more than 175 watts.
