No, entire home.
For anyone running Home Assistant, if you're nerdy enough to have HA running, you may be nerdy enough to google around and hack together your own ESPHome based sensor that could do the same thing.

Anybody have any experience with this bad boy?
I have one and paid full price for it. Great piece of kit and I found the support team amazing. It actually is installed on your main water intake and uses AI and your training to determine what is being used. It's a great price.

Interesting, I thought about Phyn but ended up going with Flo by Moen and it's been great. The support folks there are very helpful and definitely not condescending at all. Plus, it saved me almost $600/yr on homeowners insurance so it's well worth it!
FYI, reviews on Best Buy and Amazon for this model are pretty bad…
Dude… you're "that" neighbor.
I vote that you mind your business and find a hobby.

Get a Moen Flo.
Farmers.com didn't give me a discount. Not sure about other insurance company.
