Need a streaming solution for kitchen

Hi y'all. Our old little TV in our kitchen died. I'm looking for a 15" ish screen to be able to watch while cooking. Idk what to look for - a tablet, mini pc, laptop, 2 in 1, etc. We're not very likely to use it for anything but casual watching. So we need decent picture and sound and ability to stream YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, Max, etc. Ease of use may be a factor for my wife as well.

Any suggestions?
