I show the original price $249, not $429. Still a good deal with the extra battery. Also, the extra battery did not show up for me until I was logged into my Best Buy account and then added to cart. Thanks OP.

Thanks op! Good deal with the extra battery. Got one 2 weeks ago for about $175. Hoping to get the tool from this deal and return it with the previous order to end up with one tool and 2 batteries for $185.

Correct, most of the gas trimmer attachments will work (Trimmer Plus, Ryobi, Troybilt, etc). but the trimmer on sale here is not attachment-capable (the motor is in the trimmer head, not up top like the attachment-capable model.)

I believe the Echo and Sthil attachments are not compatible.

It's kind of a universal thing so there are options across brands. Common are edger, tiller, hedge trimmer. I was looking for the attachment capable one but the price never matched the benefit for me. I have non-attachment version and like it. I i edge using string.

Does this one auto feed string? I've first gen model of this 80v and it doesn't auto feed the string. I need to return it and get this one

My previous gen greenworks trimmer says it too but lot of people complain about it. It's a hit and miss in that model.

I have this trimmer. It's nice. 1x 2ah battery is most likely going to be more then enough for most homes but it is nice you get two of them. The 4ah batteries I sometimes use in mine when I'm done cutting the grass make it a little too heavy and unbalanced.
