You can check to see if a game is already available on Xbox GamePass Ultimate here [xbox.com], and you can also check to see if a game is on the upper tiers of PlayStation Plus here [playstation.com].

It's not Pro exclusive that I know of. I am a Pro member, but I placed a WIS order within the last month, and the free shipping showed before I gave my Pro account info.

Well to be fair, the third game is not really free when the prices of the games you're purchasing are way overpriced.
