The mayo cartel is responsible for this shrinkflation, Hellman's (owned by Unilever, the British Dutch conglomerate), the head of the cartel, did it first in 2006 and the rest followed. If you don't make it yourself, that's all there is. There still are standard measures of 48, 64, and 128 oz jars, but the regular size, for now, is 30 oz. It won't shock me if they go to 28 at some point. It's happened to boxed and canned foods.

Here is what I did last time they posted this similar offer about a month ago. I changed my S&S ship date to a month away first then placed order right after. And as soon as coupon disappeared a few days later, it meant old batch was gone. Then I changed ship-date to current week (I always have a bunch of $1 fillers for 5 item discount). My order was shipped from new batch with a 9 Month expiration date. I know is a bit of a hassle for some people but for me it was worth the discount. So do a search on MAYO and you'll see more items with other discounts that might suit you better.

Agreed. At first I thought I received Chinese knock-off mayo via 3p seller from Amazon, but sadly no. Even the $8/jar from Slaveway has now changed. Sad. This has been my goto for decades. I'll try the Dukes that someone else mentioned here. Never tried to make home-made, but might give that a shot if I can find a BestFoods knock-off recipe. Anyone?

Last time I ordered mayo from Amazon, two of them came with the seal broken. I messaged them for replacements and they just refunded the entire order.

It's probably too late for this comment to make an impact but my first box arrived today and all 3 jars had leaked all over in the heat. Absolutely disgusting. Got a refund.

Same here. All three jars had burst. I'm going to try again because I've ordered many cases of Mayo from them in the past with no issues
