I got this some time ago for the kiddos. The only thing electronic is the sub, and I would reckon if you didn't put batteries in it would be a good tub toy - would last about as long any toy meant for the tub should.

Fwiw - the figures are 4" and all the accessories are compatible with other 4" figures like G.I. Joe.

I used the scuba suit and flippers on a 4" Batman my son had and he looks rad as hell.
