That has not been my experience at all. A battery can be replaced with a simple phone call and they will now send you a prepaid shipping label for any tools that might need to be sent in.

The only one of these subcompact tools that I have is the impact wrench. Pretty high quality and for how tiny it is, it really packs a punch.

I've never had a problem... did you not register the product for the LSA?

They replaced a 4 Ah battery for me with no questions and free shipping. My guess is you didn't register within 90-days, but that isn't the fault of RIDGID. All of my RIDGID tools have been fantastic.

The batterys are the worst of all brands. Try getting a new battery out of them from the bs lifetime warranty is impossible. I bought a ridgid to makita battery adapter. bit threw most of my ridgid in the trsh were they belong

Have the flashlight, sawzall, impact driver and drill. All work great. Drill and flashlight are always in use.

I have two impact driver, circular saw, two reciprocating saws, 3/8" impact wrench and hammer drill. I have not had any issues with it. I do prefer the Hitachi twin hammer impact driver to the Ridgid one when using it for long periods. Seems to be quieter and drives better but can't beat the LSA.

You're the first person I've ever heard with a complaint. They usually honor their warranty. I bet you're a trash picker or stole the battery and you are not the original owner and never registered the LSA, that's why you probably got denied.

If I wasn't already invested in Ryobi ONE+, I'd buy this kit. It's about the best quality/price ratio in a comprehensive start kit I've seen. Really good value here, if you can afford the price of entry.

Ridgid has been the best company I've ever had to deal with. I've replaced a old burned out brushed drill, they replaced it with a brand new brushless drill and included a free brand new battery. Replaced two batteries and it was so easy. You upload receipts when you register your tools and you don't even need to worry about saving them. I have 19 batteries and the rest of them work great still. Highly recommend!

That's a sweet starter kit. Has just about everything you'd need around the house. I'd buy it if I didn't already have most of that

Not really tho. Seems about accurate. Those are the options that are most likely. Or the whole story is fake and never happened.

Reminds me of when I told my awful experience on Hawaiian airlines on here and this guy said my story was made up because he's never had a bad experience with them. Hilarious..
