Bought from this seller before.
Sent me a phone with poor quality aftermarket display. When I returned the phone they claimed the box I sent was empty. After I pushed back they said "oh sorry the box isn't empty. You sent us a different phone". Very shady tactics and I don't know why a larger eBay seller would try to pull petty scams. I had to go through eBay for a refund.

I wouldnt touch this cell phone with a 10ft pole from this ebay seller.

uyers beware. This is not a reputable seller. Item was listed as "eBay refurbished' in "excellent condition" the item arrived damaged. I contacted the seller and the "best we can do" was to offer a $5 refund or return for full refund". The grading system they use separated in $10 dollar increments. I do not trust them to return the full amount if I returned the item. This negative review is costing me $10. The listings are also now lowered by $10. Go figure. Do not buy from these people.

Sent a phone in worse condition than what I purchased. Offered a $5 partial refund. They sell the same phone in the condition I received for $30 less but refused to refund the full difference even with photo proof. Avoid this seller if you care about getting what you pay for.

I bought the watch thinking as per the description that my watch would be at 80% battery life. When I received the watch and looked it was 77% and doesn't even last the work day. When I contacted them they offered me a 5 dollar credit. I have to go apple and get a new battery for the watch. I will never buy from them again.

I got the phone it arrived quickly then it had a data issue where it wasn't registering the SIM card. Sent it back and it was tightly packaged. I was told it was going to take 2 days to get looked at but it took a whole week and when I finally got a someone they said the item had been damaged in transit. They lied because they said FedEx damaged it but it was sent through USPS. You're likely to get your item but if you have to send it back I wouldn't advise it. Buy though PayPal for protection.

All around poor transaction. Sent me a watch with a charger that doesn't work, they told me" well get another charger and then you can see if the watch works..." well I just bought the watch and charger and don't have another charger, and I'm definitely not going and spending 20$ on one. They offered me 5$ as compensation for the charger...let me what store sells an apple watch charger for $5? They didn't care at all about the inconvenience and how satisfied I was. BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!

Item was listed as very good condition, battery came with 77% life & it should have been at least 80%. Seller said they would do an exchange and send another device but they cancelled the order. Horrible customer service would not recommend.

I ordered through Cellfeee because they offered FedEx 2-day shipping for free. It was the only shipping option in the listing. They shipped it USPS ground advantage and said it was because it didn't meet the minimum $100 to ship FedEx, which it didn't mention in the shipping portion of the listing, period. I received the "like new-excellent" condition watch and there's scratches and dings everywhere. Their only offer to resolve was a $5 partial refund or return. The watch band is HUGE 🤦🏻 ♂️

Showed up cracked with zero shipping damage. it was cracked from the start and they sold it told me for 317$. I replaced my last phone because it was ENTIRELY destroyed so when I contacted them, they replied and asked me to send photos. I can photograph the cracks in my screen when my only camera resides in the cracked phone. This is bs. Beware of buyer, regardless of the amounts of good feedback, as it was one of the reasons i decided to go with these guys. Still ended up getting screwed.

I ordered a watch with a gray bracelet and an adapter for Europe, and I received a watch with a white bracelet and an adapter for America. The seller offered to return the watch to him, but I need the watch and I asked for a certain amount of money to be paid so that I can buy another bracelet and adapter. They offered me $5 but I agreed to such a small amount.

The first watch I got had many scratches on it and it was not in excellent condition as described. Upon reaching out the seller about options, they allowed me to get a refund, and I bought the same watch again thinking the first was a mistake. The second watch was the same and came a day late. Upon back and forth texting with the sender the offered me a $5 refund and a free bluetooth headphone set which they said was a typo. The watch is NOT as described.

Product was listed as "Very Good" condition. It was received with measurable dents up to .008" deep. I tried to reach solution for cellfee misrepresentation of condition and was offered a $5 dollar credit. I did everything I could to help them make things right, but all they offered was $5 dollars. Beware this seller, who characterizes deep dents as "blemishes". Cellfee works the margins of defect descriptions. Cellfee lies and misrepresents condition.

Seller sold limited edition watch with limited edition watch band, and what i got was 8/10 condition watch with generic chinese knock off band. Seller agreed that they made a mistake but only offered $5 for the compensation. I think band is worth more than 25~50% value of the total sale. They only offer $5 for whatever mistake they make. I saw some feedback that sometimes seller wont fully refund after item is reterned so i just took $5 compensation. Not happy.

Received the device with good pysical condition with some dents and scraches, which was expected as per the description. But it had a black line on the inner display, which was very clearly visible, so don't understand hot it was listed as a very good condition device. Seller offered a replacement but they were of stock. So expecting a refund now.

Seller didn't mention the 77% battery health on the phone. Had that been mentioned, I would have purchased elsewhere. Cheap seller too. Told me choose $5.00 OR return the item to him. Then he never sent me a return label.

Item did not match the description provided. The screen presented heavy burn-in and the battery barely lasted a little more than an hour. Contacted the seller about this and was bombarded with copy-pasted responses. They did not offer to replace the unit or help me with repairs. They chose to offer a meager 5% refund and I was left with a useless device since the battery condition makes it unusable. Stay away from this seller.

Buyers Beware, Received device and it was all scratched up on all sides including the charger area. Reached out to seller because device would not do a software update and kept freezing. Got told I can send it back or get a $5 partial refund as I paid over $200. Seller is not about helping the customer but more about profiting and very disrespectful. Buy from another supplier as I buy from many ebay buyers and this I had to share to help Ebay Buyers.

I purchased a purple Iphone 12 in very good condtion but I received a Iphone that was in fair condition, not very good, at all. It had many scratches all around the screen that were deep. I reached to the seller many times and their response was that they could only offer me $10. That is not close to enough for the amount of damage that is done to the IPhone. $50 would be a reasonable amount for the damage and the false advertisment done by the seller.

Ebay lets top rated sellers deduct up to 50% of the return price now. Ebay also remove negative feedback left if you use the free returns which is crazy.

Nope... At the present time Samsung offers seven years of updates. Now, when the S21 was released it was only four.
Most of what he said was right tho.
S21 only gets about 1 year of updates, s22=2, s23=3, but s24=7. That's a big difference.

I always wonder with these refurbished phones.... how do you know they didn't replace the original cracked gorilla glass with some thin cheap chinese glass that will break the first time you drop the phone?

I've just been looking at these and the refurbished ones on Amazon and I'm getting the feeling most of these are phones where someone cracked their screen and these guys buy them for cheap and replace the screens with Chinese ones that crap out soon after you buy them. I was looking into getting an s20 screen replaced and it was $290. They said they only used OEM screens because other cheap aftermarket ones had problems. So...I'd stay away.
I was worried about this as well. I've had several screens replaced and they always break so easily after. Finally a store told me that they don't get the OEM screens, they get cheap chinese ones. and that the structural intergirty of the phone is compromised once opened, and they are 1000 X more likely to break when dropped. I finally gave up and if my screen breaks, I just buy a new phone. Cheaper in the long run, then getting it replaced over and over again.

Any one has experience with battery condition for these refurbished phones ?
I had good luck with woot, I was buying their scratch and dent phones and the both of them I came with no scratches os and were like 87%. Ebay, I got an LG Wing which I bought granite refurbished and it was like 96% battery. One time I got a note 9 refurbished that that was supposed to be in good condition which meant at least 80 or 85% battery health and it was only 77% battery health.

Wish it was like a borderline case. So I've had better luck with woot than eBay. Look I've had some good luck at eBay too. I mean I grabbed the brand new LG v60 a few years ago and that was perfect. Sealed, legitimate all the way etc....

4 years of OS updates but 5 years of security patches. So I guess that would probably mean it was released with Android 11, 12,13, 14. But we'll still get at least another year of probably like quarterly security patches after that.

$326 brand new on eBay. 98.9% feedback. 26,949 items sold.

Id rather not take the risk on a used one. The battery is old already. This is factory sealed, unopened, from a good seller.

FYI , there is no "NEW' in box S21 ultra. I bought one a few weeks ago and it looked new, but it was not! I went into the call counter and it showed that the phone had over 200 call hours on it. The screen digitizer was apparently replaced with a cheaper non OEM. Palm swipe to take screenshot did not work and other issues. Also suspicious, the samsung Box does not have any serial number sticker or other on it...
Long story short. The 'new in box' are not new. I ended up buying from a 'certified Samsung' refurbisher (paid a little more than, about $280 with one year warranty and so far so good'

Most of these phones have stopped being produced years ago. All the new stock has been sold, sort of.
I'm still stuck on the s20 because I need an SD card.
I recently bought an s20 ultra, from eBay. I was fully expecting to receive some refurbished one and have to analyze the screen and return it.
Turned out it was new, but it was a former carrier locked phone that had been flashed to the unlocked firmware.
It was in an OEM box with all sealed OEM accessories, matching serial numbers on box and phone. And still had all the protective plastic on the front back and even around the perimeter of the phone.
But yes, on overwhelming majority they're all going to be crappy refurbs

"New. A brand-new,
unused, unopened,
undamaged item in its
original packaging (where
packaging is applicable).
Packaging should be the
same as what is found
in a retail store"

If this seller sold you an open box, it's super easy to get your money back from eBay. Just return the phone, should be no issues.

I have purchased phones from eBay and also been scammed. They were easy returns. But there still are some people who sell "New", original factory seal. It's less common but it does happen.
