Swivels and clips are cheap but functional for small fish, bullet weights are good for putting a bass jig together, and rubber bobber stoppers are a nice system for adjusting bobber fishing depth. Nice case - I completely reorganized it after a bit and have gradually replaced hooks and clips with higher quality items.
for my kids, this seems like a decent price for some weights and hooks alone, if the rest is useable then it is a win.
Weights are extremely expensive at my local fishing supply shops as well.
