not a new deal and the better deal is the tk850 for $759 without the "i"(usb dongle that makes it "smart")

How's the TK850 in comparison to the older HT3550? Have been looking for a projector deal since the last few days.

ht3550 has great color accuracy out of the box(100% Rec. 709 and 95% DCI-P3) and made for dark home theaters, the tk850 while still having decent colors(98% Rec. 709) has a RGBW instead of just RGB color wheel and with its higher lumens its made more to accommodate ambient light rooms instead of complete dark rooms. i've heard the tk850 also looks real nice with a ALR screen
