I got Spider-Man Miles Morales Ultimate Edition on PS5 from Walmart for $35 in 2022. That was the lowest, then.
Something you can do is type the name of the game on Slickdeals and check expired deals to get an idea of the historical prices. I'm sure there are other methods of getting the lowest price info.
Feb 2024 had at least 41% off PS Extra. Some users were targeted with up to 44% off. When you hear about these deals, always check the offers in mobile app and the PlayStation Store on console itself. Sometimes the discounts are different depending on where you are viewing them from for whatever reason.
