1. (06/05 @ 9:55pm) I signed up for 1 year of PS Plus 'Extra' to take advantage of the 25% off diiscount.
2. (06/05 @ 10:14pm) After ensuring I was still logged in with the account tied to step 1, I ordered PS5 through the playstation.com site.
3. (06/06 @ 4:32pm) Email from Playstation informed me my PS5 shipped
4. (06/07 @ 10:16am) Email from Playstation for Netflix redemption received.
5. I applied the Netflix credit to my active Netflix account (I'm on the $15.49/month plan... 1080P only -- no 4K). I now have a credit that's estimated to be good until December 2025 based on my current Netflix plan. Under my Netflix membership info, I see this:

$275.88 Netflix credit
This is estimated to get you through December 27, 2025 at your current plan price. "
I am now going to attempt to order the VR2 under this promo with a different Sony Playstation account to have my Netflix paid for through 2027.

all I did was go to my ps app on my phone and choose the yearly subscription that I want then its gonna reflect the discounted price upon checkout.
My subscription just expired and I got the discount.
