It looks like this company is charging customers before shipping too.
According to the information you've provided, you indeed purchased 4 Solocam S220 cameras. However, upon reviewing the order number you provided, it appears that the purchase was not for a single 4-pack of S220 cameras, but rather for two separate 2-cam kits. Could you please double-check if there might have been two separate orders? Alternatively, could you provide us with the official invoice of this purchase showing the order ID, purchasing date, and amount?
It took hour to wait for some one on the phone. The chat sessions were disconnected repeatedly.
I did place order of pack 4 which is stated in the confirmation email. I uploaded the confirmation email to CSR.
The CSR was reluctant to price match. Service was poor.
I paid $219. They did not match for $160. I need to pay shipping if return.
