Same prices at target. Extra 5% off if you have a red card. Also I was able to order for pickup today. No waiting for Amazon "2 day" shipping that's really 4-5 days for me.
I am surprised Ratchet & Clank has held it's price so long. Is $29.99 the new $19.99?
I dunno. I thought the same for Returnal. I rented it on Gamely like 3 years ago, never finished it, and have been waiting for a price drop. Surprised how $30 is still considered a deal, would have figured it would be retailing $20 by now.

I bought Ratchet off Offerup.com through some guy who was forced to buy three games to get his PS5. I wanted all 3 games (Ghost of Tsushima, Ratcher, Spiderman Miles Morales collector's ed.) for $100 while they were all full at $59.99 each at the time (2022). I managed to finish Ratcher and Clank and wow, that game is amazing and it isn't super difficult (it was just right in difficulty). no frustrations and great game play design. I think Sony is going to hold their prices for first and second party games now because of inflation so I think $29.99 is a fairly good deal even if it's not $19.99.
First party games have always dropped in price fast and they usually bundle them with consoles while Sony makes their money back from software licensing with multiple third party publishers, but this generation has been a bit different and they even raised the PS5 price in other regions. That's the hardship of having their business model to be selling consoles at a lost or at cost to gain a multi million userbase for licensing profits off software.

Yeah, I caved with a $28 used copy at GameStop today. Had that exact amount of trade credit from their 50% bonus promo a little ways back so I paid tax. I did the same thing with Sackboy - caved at $30 and I haven't regretted that decision at all. I could always get back $20 easy on the secondary market. Although I collect physical so I won't.

Xbox fan here with the 360 and One S (still works though anemic).
and I'm impressed with this sale and bummed that MS can't even pull an identical 3rd party titles sales like this nor make the Series X go for cheap as $349.99. I'm envy that Sony is being pro consumer right now. $499.99 price point for Series X is unanimously a scam. SOL for me
Sorry, but are you trolling or….? These are Sony first party games, the prices aren't that great and the Series X has been $350.

That your opinion…which is fine. Xbox has no 1st party game anyways.
Share me the link to Series X for $350 from reputable vendor and I'll give you thanks and thumbs up for your help. I really need to upgrade. I missed the boat from the last sale.
It is not $350 atm but it has been - from BestBuy back in Dec

I hardly see PS5 games fall below $30. Have gotten burned a couple times where I waited for a game to drop below that, and the game seemingly went out of print or just can't be found anywhere for a reasonable price.
