All this bickering... Look, $350 is about the best price you'll find for this. If you're in the market, now's a good time to grab one. If not, or if you're loyal to Sony, then leave it be and move on with your life.
Target deal might be great for those already looking at opening up a Redcard. It shows they have a save $50 offer + additional 5% back should put the price at $282.50 assuming that 5% back applies on the $350 before $50 off ($50 statement credit for the RedCard Reloadable Account likely comes after purchase). If it's $50 off at checkout and then after 5% back, it seems to come out to $285.
cancelled my walmart order and got this one to get $25 from Amex. Thanks

$362 after tax for me. I'll wait for it to get a little cheaper and use my 15% registry coupon

Here we go again. Must I continue to tell folks here and there that the extra coupon is not automatic? it merely luck of draw as YMMV.

I had opened one and didn't get one. SOL for me hence went with Walmart. If anyone DO get a coupon and got the X for $200, then more power to them. Respect.

@Fred, $350 is a deal. Don't you dare say it is not when the PS5 hasn't hit $400. $350 is long gone from BF.

It is slickdeal tentatively speaking because MS plans to return the price to near MSRP after the holiday AND/OR slowly discontinue this model and then release another physical firmware upgrade to make game pass subscription enticing and easy to acquire aka powerful 2TB disc less console greater than $350. Probably by next year or two. The Series X is great at $350 price point currently. NOT $500.

Everyone should have bought the Series X this year lol No reason not to since every retailer have sold it for $349

Mine arrived with damage to the brown box so Walmart gave me 15% refund which put me around $299

There's also a reason the PS5 hasn't gone down to $400 or less, so crap comparison.

It is objectively a fair comparison as far as third party games alone. I'm not talking about Spider Man, Rachett Clank, GOW, Iron Man, Street Fighter V, and such.

It nice to have both of best world I.e. liking both 1st party and 3rd party games however it not always the case for some. If one for example don't like any of the 1st party game, why bother spending more $$ for PS5 in the place when the Xbox can be had for significantly less $ for the same experiences. ATEOTD, their $.
