Defiant is garbage and has ZERO customer service. They don't even have a website, phone, or email to contact. My fingerprint keypad stopped working after 30 days and I have no way to troubleshoot.

All that being said price is not bad at all, if it had a finger print reader like the teeho locks it would be a real winner.

Never used them, but a quick google search shows they are Home Depots brand of lock and only made for Home Depot by a Taiwan company.

One good kick from my tree trunk and a normal door is splinters, unless you spent $100+ on steel door frame reinforcement which barely anyone does.
